Terms and Conditions for Leo Laser & Liquid


1. Acceptance of Terms:

3. Laser Hair Removal Services:

  • Laser hair removal results are not guaranteed and suitability may vary. A consultation and medical history are required before treatment.
  • Treatment may be denied or postponed due to medical reasons, and no refunds will be given for discontinued treatment for medical reasons.
  • The number of treatments varies by individual factors.
  • Users must follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • Unlimited Pack Shall not exceed 12 Treatments under any circumstances.
  • Disclaimer: This website does not offer medical advice; consult a professional before starting treatment.

4. Pricing and Payment:

  • Pricing, payment, deposit, refund, and cancellation details are in the separate Pricing Policy.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Liability for damages from website or service use is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability for adverse outcomes is limited if the procedure followed best practices.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling of laser hair removal appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will incur a fee. This fee is 50% of the single service price for the scheduled treatment.
  • Purpose of Policy: This policy helps manage scheduling and allows appointments to be offered to other clients. It also covers the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
  • No Exceptions: Strict adherence to this policy ensures fairness to all clients and helps manage operating costs. Staff cannot waive these fees.

2. Refunds for Services Rendered:

  • All Sales Final: Except as explicitly stated in this policy, all sales for laser hair removal treatments and packages are final.
  • No Refunds for Completed Treatments: No refunds are issued once a treatment has been completed, regardless of the results achieved.
  • Variable Results: Results from laser hair removal can vary. While the best outcomes are strived for, results are not guaranteed. Additional treatments beyond a purchased package may be needed to achieve desired results, at an additional cost.
  • Adverse Reactions: Laser treatments have inherent risks, including redness or adverse reactions. These potential reactions are part of the procedure and were explained during your consultation. Experiencing such an event will not result in a refund.

3. Refunds for Prepaid Services/Packages:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services or packages may be considered only in specific circumstances, such as:
    • Medical Ineligibility: If, prior to the first treatment, a client is found to be medically ineligible for the service, a refund may be issued, subject to a pro-rated deduction for any costs incurred.
    • Within a Limited Timeframe: Prepaid services/packages may be eligible for a refund within a limited timeframe (e.g., 14 or 30 days) of the purchase date, provided no treatments have been initiated or completed. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and a deduction for any unused portion will be applied, potentially based on the full price of the single visit price for completed treatments.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made on services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No Refunds After 30 Days: Generally, refunds for prepaid services or packages will not be granted after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether treatments have commenced.
  • Store Credit Option: In some cases, and at the sole discretion of Leo Laser & Liquid LLC, an unused portion of a service or package may be converted to store credit, which can be applied towards other treatments or services offered.

4. Refunds for Products:

  • No Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges on purchased products are not offered. All sales are final.
  • Adverse Reactions: In the event of an adverse reaction to a product, it may be returned for a refund within a limited timeframe (e.g., 7 days) of purchase.

5. Gift Cards:

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable. Unused gift cards may have an expiration date or inactivity fee.

6. Groupon/LivingSocial Vouchers:

  • Contact Groupon/LivingSocial Directly: Refunds or issues with Groupon/LivingSocial vouchers must be resolved directly with the respective voucher provider. [Your Business Name] is not responsible for these refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund:
